Within your HiHello account, there are three different roles that can be assigned to your users. Each person who accesses the account will take up one seat on your subscription, regardless of which of the following roles they are assigned.
Owner:
- Each HiHello Business plan has one owner
- The account owner can access the admin profile and their personal profile

- In the personal profile, they can share their card, manage their contacts, create an email signature, create a virtual background, and access the other features normally permitted in a personal profile
- The account owner has administrative privileges (including creating templates, creating cards, inviting users, removing users, etc)
- The account owner can add seats from within the HiHello account by inviting users
- The account owner can update billing information
Admins:
- There is no upper or lower limit to the number of team members who can be assigned an Admin role in your account
- Admins can access the admin profile and their personal profile
- In the personal profile, they can share their card, manage their contacts, create an email signature, create a virtual background, and access the other features normally permitted in a personal profile
- Admins have administrative privileges (including creating templates, creating cards, inviting users, removing users, etc)
- Admins can add seats from within the HiHello account by inviting users
Org Members / Users:
- Each person who is added to the HiHello account counts as one user (including the account owner and any admins)
- Users without admin privileges cannot access the admin profile, they can only access their personal profile
- In the personal profile, they can share their card, manage their contacts, create an email signature, create a virtual background, and access the other features normally permitted in a personal profile
- Users can have viewing access to their card or editing privileges for their card
- The account owner or admins can change user permissions for each company-issued card that a user has been invited to claim
