If you need to reassign the owner role in your HiHello account to another member of your team, you can do so at any time from within your HiHello account.

Please note, the new owner must already be an account admin before they can be assigned the owner role. If you need to assign admin privileges to your future account owner, please see this guide: How to Add an Administrator to Your Account

When you are ready to transfer the account owner role, follow these steps:

• Log into the HiHello Web App
• Select your admin profile
• Click the gear icon on the left to go to your Settings page:

• Navigate to the Advanced tab and use the drop-down menu to select a new account owner:
