After you create cards for your team and invite them to claim the cards, some of your users may need a little extra help or a reminder. To ensure that your team can access and share their cards, HiHello offers a tool to help you easily identify any unclaimed cards and help them find their intended owners.
To check your unclaimed cards, first log into HiHello on your computer.
Next, be sure that you are logged into your admin profile rather than your personal profile. If you need to switch, you can open the drop-down menu in the top right corner and switch to your admin profile:
On your cards page, there are two ways that you can find out about your unclaimed cards. You might see a pop-up window to alert you about unclaimed cards or you can look for the red unclaimed cards notice near the top of your Cards page:
We recommend that you send invites to your team to claim their cards. This will send them a reminder via email to help them claim their card and be added to your HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise account.
To proceed, click Unclaimed Cards and then click Manage Invites.
You can either tick the box in the top right corner to send invites for every unclaimed card:
Or you can tick the box next to specific cards to only send invites to those users:
If you would like to preview the email that will be sent to your users, click Preview email. A window will open so that you can see a full preview of the message your users will receive:
After you have selected the unclaimed cards that you'd like to invite users to claim, click Send Invites in the lower right.
Your users will receive the email from your preview. If they click the button labeled "Claim your card" they will be able to claim their new card. We have a guide in our Help Center with more information about claiming a card, in case you'd like to share it with your users:
