When you issue digital business cards to your team members, you can use verified card badges to show which cards genuinely came from your organization. This will add credibility to your entire team and create confidence with your clients, contacts, and leads.
To add verified card badges for your organization:
- Log into your HiHello account on your computer.
- Use the drop-down menu in the top right to switch to your admin profile:
- Click the gear icon in the left side panel to visit your Settings page:
- Navigate to the Advanced tab.
- Click the toggle to turn on verified cards for your team and select the style of badge you'd like to use:
When you turn on verified cards for your organization, your badge of choice will appear right after each team member's full name on their card. Here is an example of how a card looks before adding a verified cards badge and how the badge looks after verified cards have been enabled:
