You can access your HiHello account through our web app or our mobile app to make it easy to edit cards, access features, and share your card across devices. Below, you'll find out how to access our web app on your computer and how to easily switch from the mobile app to the web app.
Log in on the Web App
You can log into your account on the HiHello web app directly:
- Go to http://hihello.me/app/cards
- Log in with your email and password or your single sign-on (SSO) of choice
| Please note: Business and Enterprise plans may use a specific login method for all of their team members. Please contact your account administrator if you have questions about your company's login settings. |
Switch From the Mobile App to the Web App
If you are already logged in on the mobile app, you can use it to switch to your computer:

Tap on Discover at the bottom of your screen

Scroll down to "Network Smarter with HiHello"
- Swipe left until you see "Go to the Desktop App" and tap it:
- After the confirmation appears, you can click OK to close it

You will receive an email with a link

Open the email on your computer and click on "LOG IN TO HIHELLO" to be automatically logged into your account:
