How many cards can I create for my team members?
With a HiHello account, you can create multiple cards for each user on your team. This makes it easy for you to create cards for different departments, different roles, different languages, special events, and more. There is no limit to the number of cards you can create in your HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise account.
Can multiple people use the same digital business card?
Yes, you can invite multiple people to claim the same digital business card with a HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise account. It can be incredibly useful to create a card that includes your company's general contact information or the details about a specific department so that your team can choose whether to share a card with their personal contact details or a card with company contact details when they are networking.
What is the difference between users, seats, and cards?
In HiHello, a user is any person who has been issued at least one digital business card from your account. A seat is an opening or license to invite a user to join your account. A digital business card is the link or page that you share with other people to give them your contact details.
