If you prefer to send emails using Microsoft Outlook on the web rather than using the Outlook desktop app, you can still use your HiHello email signature.
To add your email signature to Microsoft Outlook on the web:
- Log in to the HiHello web app.
- Follow these steps to select your card and signature format.
- Select Outlook from the mail app options, select Web from the OS options, then click copy:
- Sign into your Outlook account on the web.
- Click Settings in the upper right of your account.
- Click "Account" then "Signatures":
- Click + Add Signature:
- Enter a name for your new signature and paste the signature that you previously copied from your HiHello account into the email signature:
- Below your image, you can tick boxes to set this signature as the default for new messages, replies, and forwards.
- Click Save.
Now, when you send an email in Outlook, your signature will automatically be inserted to the message types you selected. You can also manually add an email signature or switch between signatures when you compose a new message:
- Click New Mail to start a new message.
- Click Insert.
- Click Signature and select the signature that you would like to use:
Because of how Outlook handles signatures, your email signature will not automatically update if you make any changes to your HiHello digital business card details (as it would with Gmail and Apple Mail). If you update your card, we recommend generating a new HiHello email signature and then re-adding it to Outlook following the same steps as above.
Adding a signature to Outlook on the web, is a separate and independent process from adding a signature to the Outlook desktop app. If you add the signature using Outlook on the web, the signature won’t appear if you send an email from the desktop app (and vice versa). If you use both the web and desktop to send emails, we recommend adding your signature to both Outlook web and Outlook desktop. The following articles have tips to help you add your signature to the desktop app:

Please note that Microsoft Outlook has placed some restrictions on using HTML signatures in their mobile app. If you would like to be able to insert HiHello signatures, you can sign up for a HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise subscription and use our email signature manager tool to automatically add signatures for yourself and your team.
