How to Add an Email Signature to Hubspot

If you use Hubspot as your email client, you can add a professional HTML email signature connected to your HiHello digital business card. 

To add your email signature to Hubspot:

• Log in to the HiHello web app
• Follow these steps to select your card and signature format
• Select Other from the mail app options and then we recommend clicking Copy as Text on the left:

• Log into your Hubspot account
• Click the gear icon in the upper right to go to your Settings menu:

• Select General in the Settings menu on the left and then Email from the options at the top of the page:

• Scroll down and click "Edit email signature" in the section labeled Configure:

• Select HTML:

• Paste the email signature that you copied from HiHello into the top text box
• You will be automatically redirected to the Simple tab to view a preview of your email signature:

• Click "Save" below your email signature to confirm your new email signature and apply it to your messages.
