If you use Gmail as your email provider, you’ll be able to use HiHello’s email signatures on the web. Please note Google has decided not to support HTML image email signatures in their mobile app, so our current email signature options are not compatible with Gmail mobile apps.
Create an Email Signature
You can follow the instructions below to create an email signature for your Gmail account:
- Log in to the HiHello web app
- Follow these steps to select your card and signature format
- Select Gmail from the mail app options and then select Web from the OS options:
- Click "Copy" to copy your email signature
Your email signature is now ready to be added to Gmail. The rest of the steps will be completed in your Gmail account.
Add an Email Signature to Gmail on the Web
- Log into your Gmail account on the web
- Click the Settings button
- Click See all settings
- Scroll down to the Signature settings
- Click Create New:
- Enter a name for the signature and click Create:
- Paste the email signature into the text box:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
At the bottom of the Signature settings, you can set your default preferences. This allows you to select different email signatures for new messages or replies/forwards:
