You can create a digital business card with HiHello and then transfer it to another person. This allows you to create a card for a friend or colleague to empower them to start networking with HiHello. You can use the links below depending on which device you would like to use to transfer your card.
| Please note: Business and Enterprise users will only be able to transfer cards they create themselves, not cards that were issued by your organization. |
Transfer a Card on Mobile
To transfer a card on your mobile device:
- Log in on Mobile
- Go to your Cards page
- Tap the card you want to transfer
- Tap the card menu button represented by three dots in the upper right corner
- Tap the Transfer button:
- Enter the email address or phone number of the future card owner
After the card is transferred, it will no longer appear in your account. The new owner will be notified and they will be able to view, edit, and share the card in their own HiHello account.
Please note that if you transfer a card with Professional features, only a Professional subscriber will be able to edit the card. To edit the card, the owner can either delete all Professional features or upgrade to a Professional subscription.
Transfer a Card on a Computer
To transfer a card on your computer, first, log into the web app:
- Log in on Your Computer
- Go to your Cards page
- Click the card you want to transfer
- Click the Transfer button:
- Enter the email address or phone number of the future card owner
After the card is transferred, it will no longer appear in your account. The new owner will be notified, and they will be able to view, edit, and share the card in their own HiHello account.
