HiHello Analytics at a Glance
Data Type
In your premium account, we will automatically track three separate data types for you: views, saves, and contacts.
VIEWS - This is the number of times your card has been viewed. This includes every view regardless of whether the viewer received your card via text, email, QR code scan, email signature, virtual background, social media post, etc.
SAVES - This tracks the number of times someone has saved your contact details while viewing your digital business card.
CONTACTS - This is the number of times someone viewing your card has sent their contact details back to you, creating a new contact in your account.
Dates
Our analytics page offers daily, weekly, or monthly intervals. You can also select to view your analytics from the last 30, 60, or 90 days. You can also enter a custom date range.
Filters
You can choose to view all of your data in aggregate or you can select filters to view your analytics for specific templates or cards.
Chart Settings
You can view your analytics in aggregate or you can compare multiple items. If you would like to view your chart in comparison mode, be sure to use the filter feature to select at least two templates or cards.
The graph can show your data in bar form or line form.
