When you sign up for a HiHello Business or Enterprise plan, HiHello will be there every step of the way to help make your experience a success. Your designated Customer Success Specialist can answer questions, help you create templates, issue cards, update your company branding, implement integrations, and more.
If you need to contact your Customer Success Specialist about any questions or concerns, you can email them directly or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also contact our Customer Support team using our Contact Support form or directly through the HiHello app. On the HiHello mobile app, go to your Settings page, scroll down, and tap Contact Support. On the web app, click your name in the upper right corner and select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
