Troubleshooting Errors
- My signature has stopped working, it looks like a question mark.
Our email signatures have stopped working on some iOS devices because of a bug in Apple's iOS 17. We recommend updating your device to iOS 18, this should resolve the issue.
- I've added my signature, but it's not there when I compose a new email
Make sure that your signature has been added to the account that you are using. For example, if you only add your signature to your personal email account in the Settings app, then it will not appear when you compose an email from your work email account.
