This would allow you to update that card and any other cards associated with the template by simply updating your template. You can also disassociate a card from a template or assign it to a different template. Logging in to the Web App
In order to connect a card to a template or change the template connected to a card, you will need to log into the HiHello web app on a computer, rather than using the mobile app. To log in:
- Go to https://hihello.com/app
- Log into your account
- Select the admin profile rather than your personal profile
- Go to your Cards page by selecting the multi-card icon on the left side panel
How to Connect a Card to a Template
In order to connect a card to a template or change the template connected to a card:
- Log into your HiHello account on the web app.
- Go to your Cards page and select the card you want to update.
- Go to the card settings tab and click Change Template:
- You can add, remove, or change the template associated with your card.
- In the window that opens, you will see a preview of your card and a list of your templates.
- If you select a template on the right, you'll see a preview of your card on the left so that you can see how your card will look after you attach it to the template:
- Once you have chosen the template you'd like to use, click "Select template."
- Please note that linking a card to a template may alter the look and restrictions on the card according to the rules of the template. When you are ready, click Confirm:
- Your card will now be updated to follow the new template design and rules.
After you have connected your card to the template, we recommend that you perform an audit to ensure that the card is accurate and complete, as some fields may have been altered.
How to Connect Cards to a Template in Bulk
You can also connect cards to a template or assign them to a different template in bulk.
- Log into your HiHello account on the web app.
- Go to your Cards page and select the cards you want to update.
- Click Change Template above your cards table:
- Next, you can choose the template you want to use. You can view a preview on the left of how the card will appear after you move it to the new template. When you are ready, click "Select template":
- Assigning a card to a new template will often change items on the card. You will be asked to confirm the changes that will be caused by switching to the new template:
After you confirm, your cards will be assigned to the new template.

- Items that are marked as noneditable on your template will automatically update when you link a card to your template. Items that are editable on your template will not automatically update.
