If you have existing cards that are not connected to a template, you can associate them with a template in your account. This would allow you to update that card and any other cards associated with the template by simply updating your template. You can also disassociate a card from a template or assign it to a different template. Logging in to the Web App
In order to connect a card to a template, you will need to log into the HiHello web app on a computer, rather than using the mobile app. To log in:
- Go to https://hihello.me/app
- Log into your account
- Select the admin profile rather than your personal profile
- Go to your Cards page by selecting the multi-card icon on the left side panel
Connecting Your Card to Your Template
- On your Cards page, select the card you want to connect to your template:
- Go to the card settings tab and scroll down to the Template section:
- You can add, remove, or change the template associated with your card.
- In the window that opens, you will see a preview of your card and a list of your templates:
- If you select a template on the right, you'll see a preview of your card on the left so that you can see how your card will look after you attach it to the template:
- Once you have chosen the template you'd like to use, click "Select template":
- Please note that linking a card to a template may alter the look and restrictions on the card according to the rules of the template. When you are ready, click Confirm:
- Your card will now be updated to follow the template rules:
After you have connected your card to the template, we recommend that you perform an audit to ensure that the card is accurate and complete, as some fields may have been altered.

- Items that are marked as noneditable on your template will automatically update when you link a card to your template. Items that are editable on your template will not automatically update.
