HiHello Professional, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions allow you to add a profile video to the top of your card. This exciting element can make your card stand out and leave a strong first impression. Below, this article will describe how to add a profile video in both the web app and the mobile app.

Add a Profile Video on Your Computer
- Log into the HiHello web app
- On the Cards page, select the card you want to update
- Click Edit
- Go to the Display tab
- Click Add Photo or Video in the Profile Photo section:
- Upload or drag and drop the video you would like to use
- You can also choose whether or not to include sound on your video:

| Video will NOT include sound |
- You can also choose whether the video should play once or repeatedly loop:
| Video will play once | |
| Video will loop repeatedly |
- Save your card
Please note that all videos must be under 20MB.
For profile videos, the HiHello app can accept the following file formats:

mov
Add a Profile Video on the Mobile App
- Log into the HiHello Mobile app
- On your cards page, select the card you want to update
- Tap the mobile card menu button represented by three dots in the upper right:
- Go to the Display tab
- Tap "Add a Photo or Video" or "Change Photo or Video"
- Upload a video
- You can also choose whether or not to include sound on your video:

- You can also choose whether the video should play once or repeatedly loop:

- Save your card
