The HiHello Badge field included with all Professional, Business, or Enterprise subscriptions allows you to add multiple logos or accreditations to your card. This enables you to represent multiple brands and easily share a visual of your accreditations and qualifications with anyone who receives your card.
You can add badges on either your computer or your phone. The ideal size for badges is always the highest resolution available. Badges are resized to a width of 256 pixels, with height adjusted to maintain the correct aspect ratio. The ideal aspect ratio for badges would be a maximum of 49:10. If the aspect ratio becomes wider than 32:10, you will start to see quality degradation when the badge is added to your card.
Badges in HiHello can be in one of the following file formats:

Add a Badge on Your Computer
- Log into the HiHello web app
- On your cards page, click on the card you want to update
- Click Edit button:
- Go to the Display tab
- Click Add Badge in the Badges section:
- Upload or drag and drop the image you would like to use:
- Save your card
Please note that all images must be under 20MB

- Log into the HIHello mobile app
- On your cards page, tap on the card you want to update
- Tap Edit
- Go to the Display tab
- Click + Add in the Add a Badge section:
- Upload the image you would like to use and tap Add:
- Save your card
