Adding Custom Colors to Your Cards

HiHello Professional, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions allow you to add custom colors to your card so that it truly reflects your brand. Below, this article will describe the various fields that can be assigned a custom color as well as how to change those colors in both the web app and the mobile app.

 

Remember, after making any changes to your card, you will need to click Save to confirm the changes and update your card.

 

Please note: Business and Enterprise users may need to contact their account administrator to update these features on their cards.

 

 

To reflect your brand, you can customize your primary, secondary, primary accent, and secondary accent colors. The following chart shows what features are connected to each of your colors:

To Assign Custom Colors in the Web App:

  • Go to the Display tab
  • Scroll down to the Color section and select the color wheel:

  • Click the color you would like to change (Primary, Primary Accent, Secondary, or Secondary Accent)
  • Choose the color using the color selector or insert the specific RGB, HSL, or HEX values
  • Save your card

 

To Assign Custom Colors in the Mobile App:

  • Log into the HIHello mobile app
  • On your cards page, tap on the card you want to update
  • Tap the card menu represented by three dots in the top right
  • Tap Edit
  • Go to the Display tab
  • Scroll down to the color section and select the color wheel:

  • Tap the color you would like to change (Primary color, Primary accent, Secondary color, or Secondary accent)
  • Choose the specific color using the color selector
  • Save your card
