You may be asked to log into your account again to confirm that you are the account owner before your are able to delete the account, depending on how long it has been since the last time you entered your login credentials. This is to ensure that someone else isn't deleting your account without your knowledge.
Deleting Your Account on the Web App

To delete your HiHello account from the web app on your computer:
- Log into your HiHello account
- Go to the Settings tab:
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page
- In the window that opens, type "delete" and then tap "Delete Account" one more time to confirm that you would like to permanently delete your account:
Please note that deleting your account may not cancel your subscription, so if you have an active subscription, be sure to manage it prior to deleting your account.
How to Delete Your Account in the Mobile App
