- Log in on Mobile

- Tap the card you want to add to your NFC tag
- Tap the card menu button represented by three dots in the upper right corner

Do you have to use an NFC card with HiHello?
HiHello offers free support for NFCs on all of our accounts for users who want that option. However, you do not need an NFC device to share or receive a HiHello card.
Can I make an NFC card on my computer?
It is not currently possible to add a HiHello card to an NFC tag using a computer. You can create your card on your computer, then log into your mobile device to add it to your NFC tag.
Does someone need an NFC tag to receive my HiHello card?
The person receiving your card does not need to have an NFC tag, only a phone that is capable of reading NFC tags.
How do I receive NFC business cards on my iPhone?
If you use an iPhone, you can receive a HiHello digital business card through NFC without downloading the HiHello app. When someone shares their business card with you, simply tap the NFC tag on the top of your phone.
How do I receive NFC business cards on my Android?
Some Android phones require activating NFC in the phone settings app. Open Settings, select Connected devices, then Connection Preferences. If your phone supports NFC, there will be an option to turn NFC on.
After confirming NFC is enabled on your Android, you can receive a HiHello digital business card through NFC without downloading the app. When someone shares their business card with you, simply tap the NFC tag on your phone.
