To view your previous invoices and receipts, you can use the HiHello web app if you signed up directly through our website. If you signed up via the HiHello mobile app, your subscription is managed in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, so that is where you can view your invoices and receipts. Below, you'll find detailed instructions about accessing the HiHello web app and tips for finding your subscription information in the app store:

- Log into your account in the HiHello web app
- Click on the gear icon on the left of your screen to go to your Settings page:
- Navigate to the Subscription tab then click the Manage:
This will take you to the billing portal. Once you are in the billing portal, scroll down to view your invoice history:
If you click on the date of an invoice, you'll be able to view it in more detail and download your invoice and your receipt:
View HiHello Professional Transactions in the HiHello Mobile App
If you signed up for your subscription through the HiHello mobile app, you can manage your subscription through the app store that you used when you originally signed up:
Apple App Store
Please go to App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions to view your subscription history.
Google Play Store
Please go to Google Play Store > tap your profile photo in the top right > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions to view your subscription history.
