At your next event, you can use HiHello Events to automatically tag and organize your contacts. This feature will make collecting and categorizing your contacts and leads even easier. HiHello Events is currently available on the HiHello mobile app for HiHello Professional users, and HiHello Business and Enterprise end users. How to Create an Event in Your HiHello App
You can create a new event at any time on your cards page in the HiHello mobile app.
- Go to your Cards page
- Scroll to the card you want to associate with your event
- Tap the event icon in the top right corner to open the Events tab:
- Tap Add Event.
- You can now add a name, location, and date for your event, when you're done, tap Save:
- After you save your event, you'll get a confirmation that it was successfully added to your event calendar:
- Prior to the start of your event or during your event, you'll be able to see it on your Events tab and edit it as needed:
Meeting Contacts During Your Event
When the date and time of your event arrives, your event will start automatically and you'll see a notification in your HiHello app:
During your event, when you add a new contact to your account by sharing the card linked to your event, they will automatically be tagged:
During your event, if you need to make any changes, you can simply select it from the Events tab on your Cards page. You can then tap the pencil in the top right of the event to edit it or tap End Event at the bottom to instantly end the event:
If you end an event early, it will instantly end, however, it will not remove any of your contacts or their tags.
Post-Event Follow-Up
After your event is finished, our system will automatically publish analytics for you so you can see how many contacts and leads you met during your event. You can view your past events, by opening your Events tab:
You'll be able to see how many card views, scans, connections, and companies you added to your account during the event:
If you would like to view all of your contacts from the event, you can tap the Event Contacts button at the bottom of your analytics page. This will take you to your Contacts page where you can see every contact tagged with your event's tag.
