HiHello’s self-healing address book is a free personal and professional CRM that helps you easily organize your contacts.
You can access your contacts on any device, including the HiHello web app or mobile app.
When you exchange digital business cards with another HiHello user, you become Live Contacts. This means you’ll always have each other’s latest information in your address books. Any time you update your card, that information will automatically be updated for all of your live contacts across HiHello. You can rest assured that the contact information for any of the live contacts in your address book will always be accurate, too.
While most address books offer only an alphabetical view of your contacts, your Self-Healing Address Book offers more options. You can sort your contacts by name, title, company, associated digital business card, or date added. If you'd like to sort your contacts, simply click on the top of the column on your contacts page:
To search for a contact, you can use the search bar at the top of the page, you can also use the filter feature to view your contacts based on their group, the digital business card they received, or any tags you have added:
Your HiHello contacts are automatically organized into groups based on which digital business card they receive. With a Professional, Business, and Enterprise subscription, you can also customize your own groups by adding tags, so you can easily organize your contacts based on where they fit in your life.
