Can I make cards for other people in my HiHello account?
Free HiHello accounts and accounts with a Professional subscription are only meant for individuals, not teams. When more than one person is using a Free or Professional account, it creates privacy and security issues.
In order to view and share a card, each person needs to have the login email and password for the account. Once logged in, an individual can view, share, edit, or delete any card. They can also delete the account or view your billing details.
For teams, we recommend either transferring cards or using a HiHello Business plan. You can read more about each of these options below.
Transferring Cards
You can create cards in your own account and then transfer them to friends, family members, or members of your team. The person who receives the card gets an invitation to claim the card and after claiming it, they can view and share it in their own account. You can read more here:
HiHello Business
With HiHello Business — the Business account owner (and any administrators you choose) can create cards for employees and invite them to claim the card(s). You can control whether each card recipient can edit the card or only share the card.
Everyone logs in with their own credentials, which protects each person's privacy. Your team members who are not admins will only see their own cards, and their own contacts created with the cards.
HiHello Business subscribers also have an account template feature to make it easy to create multiple cards.
You can find out more by visiting our pricing page.
Can I remove the HiHello branding?
The majority of HiHello branding messages are automatically removed when you upgrade to a Professional or Business plan. All HiHello cards are hosted on the HiHello servers and therefore the domain hihello.me will appear in any links to the cards.
When you email your card from within the HiHello app, the email will come from HiHello.
When you upgrade to a Professional or Business subscription, the following HiHello branding will be updated:
- Your card title will be Your Name's Card rather than Your Name's HiHello Card
- The downloaded contact will not contain the HiHello website link or the Created with HiHello note
- The email signature generator will no longer show the Created with HiHello.me message below it
- Virtual backgrounds will no longer show the created with HiHello.me message
- The card will no longer say A free digital business card from HiHello
HiHello subscriptions offer some additional branding options that allow you to:
- Add your company's logo to the QR code
- Personalize the link to your card, for example, https://hihello.me/hi/YourTextHere
- Apply custom colors
- Include badges
- Embed videos
- Attach PDFs

Why was I asked to confirm my email address if I did not sign up for HiHello?
If you did not sign up for HiHello but recently received an email asking you to confirm your email address, it often means that someone else created an account on your behalf - for example, perhaps your company has decided to use HiHello for its digital business card solution. We suggest asking friends, family members, co-workers, or team leaders to see if anyone registered you.
HiHello is the number one digital business card platform for individuals, businesses, and enterprises and we offer completely free accounts, so you are welcome to explore the app and try using one of our digital business cards. You can learn more about HiHello by visiting our website.
You can log into our web app or download our mobile app and log in with your email address and password. If you do not know the password that was set for the account, you can easily reset your password.
If you are not interested in using the account, you can delete it in the Settings section of the HiHello app after you log in. As a security precaution, you may need to log out and log back in before you're able to delete your account (this ensures that someone else isn't deleting the account on your behalf).
If you have trouble deleting your account or if you have any questions for the HiHello team, you can contact us by filling out our contact form or by sending an email to support@hihello.com.
What browsers are compatible with HiHello?
Our app is compatible with a wide range of browsers. It works seamlessly on all modern browsers that are based on WebKit and Chromium. Some specific examples of supported browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
