Welcome to HiHello! We want your experience with your HiHello Business subscription to be successful and easy. Below, you will find the ordered steps we recommend to set up your account and start using HiHello with your team.

Our customer support team is available from 9 AM - 9 PM EST (6 AM - 6 PM PST).
First, set up your account by adding your company name, logo, and colors.
Next, prepare your account for rollout by creating cards, adding account administrators, and establishing your company's virtual background settings.
You can choose to create cards individually or design a template to quickly create multiple cards with consistent design and branding.
Lastly, it is time to roll out HiHello to your team.
