Welcome to HiHello! We want your experience with your HiHello Business subscription to be successful and easy. Below, you will find the ordered steps we recommend to set up your account and start using HiHello with your team.
If you need additional support with your onboarding after completing the steps below, you can email success@hihello.com, use the Contact Support link within the HiHello app, or fill in the Contact Support form in our Help Center. Our customer support team is available from 9 AM - 9 PM EST (6 AM - 6 PM PST).
The first time you log into your HiHello Business account and select your admin profile, you will be guided through adding your company name, primary brand color, and logo. You will also be asked about the level of editing permission you’d like for your first digital business card template. Once you have completed this guided onboarding process, you’ll be taken to your company dashboard.
You can then make any necessary adjustments to your company branding:

Next, prepare your account for rollout by creating cards, adding account administrators, and establishing your company's virtual background settings.
You can choose to create cards individually or design a template to quickly create multiple cards with consistent design and branding.

5) Establish Settings and Layout of Company Virtual Backgrounds
