If your email address is longer than the number of characters that can fit into a single line, our email signatures are designed to wrap the text and start a new line:
If you do not like the way this looks, we suggest that you use the QR Code email signature format or the Square format.
The QR Code email signature is designed to only have one column of text, so each line can contain more characters, allowing for a longer email address to fit on one line without being wrapped:
The Square email signature format does not include your email address at all, so this is an alternative if you do not like the appearance of your email address in the other signature formats:
