How do I contact HiHello customer support?
If you can’t find the answer here in the Help Center, there are multiple ways to contact us:
- Through the HiHello app
- In the mobile app, you'll find the Contact Support button on your Settings page:

- In the web app, click the Contact Support button represented by a chat bubble on the left of your screen:

I found a bug, what should I do?
If you have identified a bug, we would love to get it fixed. Please reach out to Customer Support by following the steps above: How do I contact HiHello customer support?
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
If you’d like to stop receiving marketing emails, please click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails to be removed from our mailing list.
If you are a HiHello user, you will continue to receive certain product-related emails that are integral to the HiHello app. For example, if you request a link to reset your account password, you will receive an email with the link.
