With a custom consent form, you can allow your new contacts to agree to your terms of service, be added to your mailing list, and more. To enable customer consent forms in your HiHello Business or HiHello Enterprise account:
- Log into your account on the HiHello web app
- Use the drop-down menu in the top right to switch to your admin profile
- Go to your Settings page:
- Navigate to the Card Sharing tab
- Click the toggle to enable custom consent forms for your team:
- You can now add a display text and URLs to your consent form:
- If you scroll down to the bottom of the Card Sharing tab you can see a preview of what your consent form will look like:
- When you are finished, click "Save" in the lower right to apply the custom consent form to all company-owned digital business cards
When you share a company-owned card with an enabled consent form, the recipient will first be able to view the card and save the contact details. They will then be invited to enter their contact information, agree to your consent form, and send their contact details back to you
