HiHello Enterprise plans can use single sign-on (SSO) through Okta. With this integration, users will be able to use SSO to log into their HiHello account and see their new, automatically created cards.
If you would like to add the Okta integration to your account or if you have questions, please contact your Customer Success Specialist. You can also send an email to success@hihello.com or contact us directly through the HiHello app:
- On the mobile app, go to your Settings page, scroll down, and tap Contact Support.
- On the web app, click your name in the upper right corner and select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.
