HiHello Enterprise subscribers and HiHello Business subscribers who have added Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID to their plan can now simplify user management by connecting HiHello to their Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID. This integration enables organizations to deploy HiHello to their teams at scale. With the integration, administrators can mass provision and de-provision users from the organization’s HiHello account.
HiHello’s native integration also enables admins to create and distribute digital business cards efficiently. After an admin connects Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID to HiHello, Groups are assigned to HiHello templates to create individualized cards and HiHello will provision an account for each user in the selected Groups. When users log into HiHello using Microsoft single sign-on (SSO), they will have instant access to their account and new digital business card.
Removing an employee from a group in your directory will remove the user from the company’s HiHello account and our system will pause the employee’s card until an account administrator decides to delete or archive the card. This allows you to easily remove users without losing any cards or contacts from your HiHello account.
