As the owner or administrator of a HiHello Business or Enterprise plan, you will have access to two separate profiles.
The organization profile that you will use for administrative purposes is only available on the HiHello web app.
Your individual profile is where you can manage your personal cards and contacts. This profile is available when you log into your account on the mobile app or the web app. If there is a company-owned card you want to access on the mobile app, invite yourself to the card and claim it just like your team members do. Once claimed, you'll see the card in your individual profile and will be able to access it in the mobile app.
The organization profile is where you can perform administrative tasks for the business account. You will use the organization profile to:
- Set your company-wide branding (company colors, company QR code logo)
- Create card templates
- Create individual cards
- Invite team members to claim cards
- Manage team members
- Manage company-wide contacts
- Export company contacts
- Sync company contacts
- Connect to integrations
- View and export company card analytics
- Set company virtual background layout
When you initially log into the web app, you will be able to select which profile you would like to use.
In order to switch between profiles, click the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. If you are currently logged into your individual profile, this menu will display your name. If you are currently logged into your organization profile, this menu will display your company’s name.
Click Switch Profile to view your other profile within the web app:
You will be able to select your profile and click “Use this profile” to confirm that you are ready to switch. You can switch between your individual profile and the organization profile at any time while using the web app.
