When you sign up for a HiHello Business or Enterprise plan, HiHello will be there every step of the way to help make your experience a success. Depending on your question, there are multiple ways for you to reach the HiHello team.
Your designated Customer Success Manager can answer questions about rolling out HiHello to your team, implementing integrations, expanding your HiHello subscription, and more. If you need to contact your Customer Success Manager, you can email them directly.
If you have technical questions about using your account and features, please contact our Customer Support team using our Contact Support form or directly through the HiHello app. On the HiHello mobile app, go to your Settings page, scroll down, and tap Contact Support:
On the web app, click the contact support button in the left side panel:
On the Contact Support page, HiHello Business members have the option to send a question to their account admin or to the HiHello customer support team.
