HiHello Professional, Business, or Enterprise subscriptions allow you to customize the QR code for each of your cards by uploading your own logo. Every HiHello QR code includes the HiHello logo by default. You can add your own logo so that your QR code represents your brand and leaves a strong impression on your new contacts. Below, this article will describe the steps to add your own logo in the HiHello web app or mobile app.

Customize Your QR Code Logo on a Computer
To add your logo to your QR code on a computer:
- Log into the HiHello web app
- On your cards page, click on the card you want to update
- Click Card Settings above your card:
- In the tray that opens, click QR code logo:
- Click Upload or Search
- Select the logo that you would like to use
- When you are done, click Save to confirm the new QR code logo
When choosing a logo to upload to customize your QR code, we recommend a 1:1 aspect ratio with a minimum of 332 x 332 pixels.
We also suggest logos that are not text-oriented, due to the size of the logo field that appears in the QR code. If you have a logo that you use for social media icons, that will usually be the best logo to add to your QR code.
Customize Your QR Code Logo in the Mobile App
To add your logo to your QR code in the mobile app:
- Log into the HIHello mobile app
- On your cards page, click on the card you want to update
- Tap Settings:
- On the following screen, tap Upload and select the logo you want to use:
- You will be able to see a preview or your logo in the QR code
- Tap SAVE to confirm the logo and save your QR code
