HiHello recently released an update to our card editing page on the web app and the mobile app. This article is an overview of how the editing experience will look after the update.

You can customize the colors, images, information, and items on the card. We’ll walk through how to do each of these below. Remember, after making any changes to your card, you will need to click Save to confirm the changes and update your card.
This article will cover making the following edits on a computer:
- Logging In
- Information: Editing Your Personal and Professional Information
- Display: Editing Your Profile Photo, Logo, Colors, Design, and More
- Fields: Editing Your Contact Details, Social Media Links, Websites, and More
- Card: Editing Your Card's Name

Logging In
First, log into the web app:
- Go to http://hihello.me/app/cards
- Log in with your email and password or your SSO of choice
If you are already logged in on the mobile app, you can switch to your computer:

Tap on the More tab

Tap on Switch to Desktop

You will receive an email with a link

Open the email on your computer and click on the button in the email to log in to the HiHello Web app
Information: Editing Your Personal and Professional Information
With your HiHello card, you can add your name, title, company, department, pronouns, and more. To add or update your personal and professional information:
- Log into the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Select the card you want to update
- Click the Edit button
- In the Edit experience, go to the Information tab:
- Enter the information that you would like to display on your digital business card
- As you edit your card, the changes will be reflected in the preview of your card on the left:
- When you are finished, click Save to update your card
Display: Editing Your Profile Photo, Logo, Colors, Design, and More
To create a striking card that truly reflects you and your brand, you can add images, adjust the color, select from multiple card designs, or add badges. To update the look of your card:
- Log into the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Select the card you want to update
- Click the Edit button
- In the Edit experience, go to the Display tab:
Card Design
At the top of the page, you can see the design options. To change your card design:
- Select the design you would like to use
- Save your card
Free HiHello accounts have access to the Classic design while Professional and Business subscribers can use any of the card designs. If you would like to use another design but aren’t on the premium plan, you can find out about upgrading your plan here.
Profile Picture or Video
The avatar section allows you to upload a profile picture or image. To add a profile image:
- Click Add photo
- Upload or drag and drop the image you would like to use
- Save your card
Please notes that all images must be under 20MB
With a Professional or Business subscription, you can also add a profile video. To add a video to the top of your digital business card:
- Click Add Video:
- Upload or drag and drop the video you would like to use
- Save your card

Card Colors
In the Color section of the Display tab, you can select one of our 10 built-in colors:
If you are on one of our paid subscriptions, you can customize your colors even further.
- Select the color wheel:
- You will see four different color options. Primary and secondary colors as well as accent colors
- Click the color you would like to change
- Choose the specific color from the color selector or insert the specific RGB, HSL, or HEX values
- Save your card

Logo
To add your company logo:
- In the Logo section, click Add Photo:
- Upload or drag and drop the image you would like to use:
- Save your card
Please notes that all images must be under 20MB
The ideal image for the Logo field on a HiHello card is a square logo with a 1:1 aspect ratio or a rectangular logo with a 2:1 aspect ratio.
Logos should be tightly cropped (no white space around them) to make them appear as large as possible on the card. A transparent background (PNG) and logo colors with light and dark backgrounds will yield the best results.
This logo also appears on virtual backgrounds and email signatures, so we recommend using a high-resolution logo with a minimum size of 512x512 pixels.
Badges
Professional and Business plan subscribers can add badges to their card. This is a space where you can add extra images, logos, accreditations, and more. To add a badge:
- Click Add Badge in the Badges section:
- Upload or drag and drop the image you would like to use:
- Save your card

Fields: Editing Your Contact Details, Social Media Links, Websites, and More
You can add items to your card, such as your phone number, website, and social media links to ensure that your card contains any information that your contacts will need to reach you. To add additional fields to your card:
- Log into the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Select the card you want to update
- Click the Edit button
- In the Edit experience, go to the Fields tab:
- Select the field you would like to add by searching or scrolling in the panel on the right
- After you select a field, you will see it appear both on your card preview on the left of your screen and in the central editing panel:
- Enter your information in the editing panel and you will see the changes reflected instantly in the preview:
- Some fields allow you to enter an optional display text in the box under your link. If you leave this space blank, your link will display as entered in the top box, if you enter a display text, that will be shown on your card rather than the full link:
- After you have added items to your card, you can rearrange them into any order
- To move an item, click on it and hold as you drag the item up or down to reposition it. In this example, the Email field was originally listed above the website field. First, we click on the website field to drag it up:
- After we position the website at the top of the page, the preview on the left has updated to reflect the new order of items:
- After you have added all of your fields and arranged them in your preferred order, click Save to update your card
Card: Editing Your Card's Name
If you need to change the name of your card, you can do that from within the web app. This name will not be displayed publicly, but will serve as a way for you to identify and organize your cards within your account. To edit the name of your card:
- Log into the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Select the card you want to update
- Click the Edit button
- In the Edit experience, go to the Card tab:
- Enter the card's new name in the Card Name text box
- When you are finished, click Save to update your card
