With a HiHello Professional, Business, or Enterprise subscription plan, you can use card analytics to see how your cards are being shared, viewed, and saved. Below, you will find out how to view and export the analytics for your cards.

HiHello Analytics at a Glance
In your premium account, we will automatically track three separate areas for you: views, saves, and contacts.
VIEWS - This is the number of times your card has been viewed. This includes every view regardless of whether the viewer received your card via text, email, QR code scan, email signature, virtual background, social media post, etc.
SAVES - This tracks the number of times someone has saved your contact details while viewing your digital business card.
CONTACTS - This is the number of times someone viewing your card has sent their contact details back to you, creating a new contact in your account.
View Analytics for an Individual Card
To view your card analytics:
- Log into your account on the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Select the card with the analytics you want to check
- When viewing your card, your analytics table will be on the right side:
- The drop-down menu in the Analytics panel allows you to view your card activity from the last 12 months or the last 30 days:
Export Your Account Analytics Report
You can export the analytics for every card on your Cards page in order to easily view and compare the activity on multiple cards.
To export your analytics:
- Log into your account on the HiHello web app
- Go to your Cards page
- Click the Export Analytics icon to the right of your search bar:
- In the window that appears, you can select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly analytics, specify your date range, enter the desired email address, and export your report:
- Your report will be sent to the email address you enter with an attached CSV of your analytics report.
