With our email signatures that have two columns, when you have an even number of entries on the email signature, the signature will include the same number of items in each column (for example, three items on the left and three items on the right).
If you have an odd number of entries on the email signature, the extra item will be added to the right column (for example, two items on the left and three items on the right).
The entries are added to your email signature in the same order as they appear on your digital business card. If you would like to rearrange the order of the items on your email signature, you will need to edit your digital business card. After editing the order of items on your card, the next time you create your email signature, the information will be included in the new order.
